Colorado SEcret Waterfall Elopement

Kayla and Zane’s elopement came together in 3 weeks, and was just sos o much fun, filled with lots of adventure and even more laughs. That’s right, 3 weeks to put together this epic adventure elopement.

Kayla and Zane wanted water, and spectacular mountain views. So I found them a place that had it all, including a secret waterfall. The day started in a local motel, where they got ready separately. For their first look, they decided to see each other for the first time together. So they walked up to each other backwards, and saw themselves at the same time. You can see how much fun that was.

From there we adventured around the lake, then climbed up to an overlook where they had a sumtious lunch picnic. Afterwards we strolled down to our secret waterfall. The water and love roared and flowed endlessly. Cheesy I know but it was true!

Finally, came the ceremony. These two love-birds got married right on the shore, with the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Their vows had them laughing over and over again and the kiss sent ripples through the water. To celebrate, they had food their best friend cooked them, cake, and champagne.

One of my favorite moments came when they read personalized letters from their their family. By the end they were crying tears of joy.

The night ended beneath the stars, cuddling, all warm together.
