Love love? Love Teamwork? So do we. let’s work together.

We believe in good humans doing great work together.
Whether you’re behind the lens, behind the scenes, or guiding couples through their best day ever — you’re part of the story we’re proud to tell.

We’re the storytellers behind the wildest love stories

At Adventure Amore, we’re a team of storytellers who live for the moments that matter — for our couples and for each other. Together, we create experiences that go beyond the ordinary, helping couples rewrite the rulebook and rediscover what love can look like.

We believe in love that’s raw, real, and a little rebellious — the kind that trades chandeliers for stars — and that spirit runs through everything we do. From planners and photographers to editors, coordinators, and creatives, every person here brings their own spark to the story.

We’re growing fast and building something that feels one of one: a team fueled by adventure, connection, and creativity. Because when we show up for each other, extraordinary things happen — one love story at a time.

4x Projected Growth

With 2x growth this year and 4x projected next, our team is scaling fast – and growing together every step of the way.

Culture First

Culture is our operating system. If we get it right, everything else follows – creative excellence, client joy & long-term growth. This is how we protect and improve what makes us the best.

Our Values

Listen First

To create unforgettable experiences, we have to hear who people are, what they want and what they need – so they can feel seen, understood and valued.

Endless Curiosity

Curiosity fuels how we listen, connect, and grow. It ensures we know how to show up at our best – for our clients, our team, and ourselves.

Be Accountable

Accountability means owning our choices and their impacts, positive and negative. When we show up with honesty and vulnerability, we build the kind of trust that makes the best work and the best teams possible.

Practice Joy

Our work exists to celebrate love – and that means showing up with presence, care, and energy, even on hard days. Because when we help people feel seen, safe, and valued, joy naturally follows.

Boundless Growth

We don’t coast. we push. we refine. we improve services, systems, stories, and ourselves.

Meet Adam
Founder, Photographer

Worldwide adventurer, unapologetic cheeseball, shameless romantic

Not to sound cliché, but there’s nothing I love more than love. And I do what I do because it’s truly the best job in the world—getting to capture your excitement and emotion on camera (while having an incredible experience!) is a feeling that can’t be replaced.

My latest adventure? Creating inclusive wedding packages that allow you to choose what you want and leave the rest while knowing that your celebration will be everything you’ve ever dreamed of—and more.

Can be found: Backpacking around the world, bungee jumping, watching rom-coms, adding to my tattoo collection, finding the best bagels and pizza everywhere I go.

My role consists of making sure that every day goes smoothly for our couples and our internal team. From streamlining operations to organizing the integral details that make our couple’s days special – my main role is making sure all i’s are dotted, and t’s are crossed.

A bit about me – I’m a big fan of weightlifting, early mornings, the occasional DIY project, travel and anything food-related.

I love being part of Adventure Amore because playing a small role in someone’s special day and seeing the photos afterward is incredibly rewarding!

Meet Zandalee
Marketing Manager

Part storyteller, part strategist,
and full-time coffee enthusiast

Hey there! I’m Zandalee –

Every day, I get to dream up creative ways to share love stories through strategy, design, and storytelling. From our social media and websites to the ads that help couples find us, I help build two of the most joyful and fun brands that celebrate love in Colorado — alongside an incredible team that truly loves love.

At the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about: taking the stress out of wedding planning and turning each couple’s story into something unforgettable, tangible, and beautifully theirs.

A little about me: I’m an almost Colorado native — and I’ve loved this state ever since I arrived. You’ll usually find me at a local brewery with friends and my dogs. My favorite hike is Hallett Peak in RMNP — partly because snakes don’t exist at that elevation, but mostly because it passes Lily Pad Pond, Dream Lake, and ends at Emerald Lake – just stunning!

I love to laugh, connect, and surround myself with people who are genuinely authentic and wonderful.

Beyond photography and planning, we’re building a comprehensive hub for all wedding needs. From curated vendor partnerships to expanded services like floral, officiant, and hair and makeup, we make it simple for couples to design their dream day with ease and confidence.

About the Role

We’re searching for a Photography & Creative Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing creative team that’s as passionate about people as they are about their craft.

This is more than a management role — it’s an opportunity to help build and lead an in-house team of photographers, videographers, and editors we’re shaping to be the absolute best in the country.

As the heartbeat of our creative team, you’ll work closely with the Founder and CEO to hire, train, and develop top talent — guiding them to consistently deliver artistry, service, and storytelling at the highest level. You won’t just uphold our standards; you’ll raise them, ensuring every couple enjoys an unmatched experience from inquiry to anniversary.

We’re a culture-driven team that knows when people thrive, creativity soars, clients feel the difference, and success follows naturally. You’ll play a central role in cultivating that environment — one built on trust, collaboration, and shared pride in every story we capture.

Your leadership will extend beyond photography and video into the broader client experience and, over time, the expansion of creative services such as floral, officiant, and hair and makeup. You’ll help shape a team that’s not only exceptional at what they do, but proud of why they do it — setting a new benchmark for excellence in Colorado’s thriving elopement and microwedding scene.

Key Responsibilities

Artist Management & Creative Development

  • Collaborate with the Founder and CEO to build and lead our in-house creative team, along with talented contractor partners, contributing to strategic direction while managing day-to-day execution.
  • Partner to recruit, interview, and hire photographers, videographers, editors, and other creative talent — building an all-star team together.
  • Design and execute training programs that elevate creative skills, artistry, and client communication.
  • Conduct one-on-one development sessions and group workshops.
  • Provide hands-on training and performance assessment in the field (1-2 days per week) including:
    • Field training sessions using model couples for practical, classroom-style development
    • Shadowing/supporting an individual photographer during a paid elopement or wedding, observing and assessing how they apply training in real conditions.
  • Continuously assess performance, manage accountability, and inspire growth.

Client Experience & Journey Oversight

  • Lead the ongoing creation and refinement of an industry-leading client experience — one that feels personal, seamless, and deeply cared for at every touchpoint.
  • Ensure timely, consistent communication between the creative team and clients from inquiry through final delivery.
  • Partner with sales and operations to elevate the client journey, building systems that feel effortless to clients and intuitive to the team.
  • Lead improvements to follow-up processes — from review requests to anniversary messages — ensuring every couple feels remembered and valued long after their wedding day.
  • Guide and coach creatives to deliver experiences that go beyond expectations, rooted in empathy, attention to detail, and genuine connection.

Vendor & Partnership Development

  • Build and nurture relationships with key vendors (floral, officiants, stylists, venues, etc.).
  • Identify and evaluate new vendor opportunities to expand service offerings.

Creative Quality & Brand Standards

  • Uphold and refine brand standards for visual storytelling and client service.
  • Review creative work regularly to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment.
  • Inspire a culture of excellence, growth, and innovation across the creative team.

What an Average Week Looks Like

Each week blends mentorship, creativity, and collaboration, ensuring our team continues to grow while every couple receives a seamless, personal experience.

  • Early Week: Leadership check-ins, one-on-one coaching, updating training plans.
  • Midweek: 1–2 days in the field each week, from hands-on training sessions using model couples to observations of real elopements, to assess how to further help creatives reach their full potential.
  • Throughout: Oversee client communications, host training sessions, refine workflows, and connect with vendors.
  • End of Week: Review creative output, assess team performance, and set priorities for the week ahead.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You’re a seasoned creative who believes exceptional work begins with exceptional culture. You know that when people feel supported, inspired, and connected, creativity flourishes — and clients feel it in every image and interaction.

You lead with empathy and curiosity, seeing potential in others and helping them grow from good to extraordinary. You balance high standards with warmth — pushing your team toward creative excellence while ensuring they feel valued and proud of their craft.

You’re passionate about storytelling, client care, and the art of human connection. You’re ready to step back from running your own photography business to fully invest in leading, growing, and inspiring a team that’s setting a new standard for artistry and service.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of full-time professional photography experience (weddings/elopements strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage and develop creative teams through training, mentorship, and leadership.
  • Strong creative eye and deep expertise in visual storytelling, composition, and editing workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills — detail-driven, methodical, and proactive.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: approachable, communicative, and client-focused.
  • Entrepreneurial background (preferred) — someone who has run their own photography business and is ready to focus on leadership without the burden of ownership.
  • Based in Denver, CO (required), with ability to travel locally for field assessments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100K – $110K base salary, plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) & 401K provided after a 3-month onboarding period.
  • Unlimited paid time off (with approval), plus standard holidays.
  • Hybrid role — Denver area required.
    • 2 days in office per week.
    • Up to 2 days in the field per week (ranging from simpler half-day elopements to intensive full-day shoots) for assessments and trainings.
    • 1 day from home.

A Note on Applying

Even if you don’t meet every qualification listed, we still want to hear from you. If you’re excited about this role and believe you’d be a great fit, apply — we’d love to learn more about you.

  • Is excited to help create something none of us could do alone

We do this together. No lone wolves. No brilliant jerks.
