As a Colorado-based adventure photographer and a lover of nature myself, I’ll help recommend the most picture-perfect places to elope. Breckenridge

Breckenridge is close to Denver, has adventures year-round, mountain views, lakes, breweries, and world-class ski resorts, with no hiking necessary for some locations. My couples love this area!

COLORADO ELOPEMENT FAQ

I’m sure you have some questions before booking — it would be weird if you didn’t. Take a look below at some of the frequently asked questions I hear from my couples.

I do, and it’s really that easy! Maybe you have a general idea in mind of what you want. Cool — I’ll help you see it through! Maybe you have absolutely no idea what you want, and you’re not even sure where to start. That’s perfectly fine, too!

Whether you have 100 ideas in mind or just 1 (that you want to elope in the mountains), I promise you that we’ll plan an elopement that feels magical without the stress.

Nope! I don’t charge any travel fees to get around Colorado when you hire me. That means my hotels, cars, flights, buses, trains, lodging, etc., are all covered in my packages when you elope.

There are also no extra fees for your photos. What you pay for is what you get (as in, you get stunning photos that you have to send to all your family and friends immediately).

You will be responsible for obtaining any permits and paying for any extra day of activities. However, I am here to help direct you in all the right directions regarding who you need to apply with and talk to.

For instance, you’ll be responsible for booking and payment if you want to reserve a specific location or take a Jeep ride somewhere. I’ll help research and gather all the necessary information to help you book, but you’ll be responsible for the rest.

Yep! Unless other factors get in the way, I am down to officiate for you!

Big time! 0 judgment here. I want you two to do what you love and have a good time; if that’s part of it, I’m all for it!

The number of hours you’ll need depends on what you want to do during your elopement, but we can discuss the details on your consultation call.

Here’s what I tell most people: 4 hours is the absolute minimum amount of coverage I’d suggest if you want a really great experience. However, if you want to include activities or guests, or you simply want a full day, you’ll obviously need to book more coverage.

Typically, most couples book 8 hours with me; that’s my most popular package and an overall fantastic choice if you’re looking for comprehensive coverage to capture all the beautiful details of your elopement.

My focus is on quality over quantity, so I don’t set a specific number of photos. However, I take an average of about 50 pictures per hour.

I’m never going to say no! If you want your fur baby present, we’ll find a place that works for you (just note that some locations have special rules about animals).

P.S.: In Colorado, your dog can legally witness your license!
